How do I replace the link tubes in my Omega Seamaster?

I am not sure which part you are referring to exactly, are these the actual links? Or are these the pins? In some models the pins are actually long screws. In other cases these might be pins that need to be pushed out from one direction. On the inside of the bracelet there should be arrows pointing to the direction the pins should be pushed. Some of the larger links will require you send it in for repair. I am not sure if this helps, but if you send me the model of the watch and/or pictures of the part you are trying to replace, I might be able to provide more information.
