I am sorry but from the picture you posted alone it difficult to make a conclusive ID.

Although the pictures provide only a limited ability to determine the identity of the watch, my guess is it houses a "bumper automatic" movement, probably a calibre 342. The design of the watch and dial also indicate it is likely to be from the 1940's.

I would also mention that the watch had some parts replaced. If you have a look at the hour and minute hands you will notice they are not the same design. This does impact the value from a collectors point of view. This could be remedied by finding the correct replacement.
