I have an old 18kt gold Omega ladies watch that used to be my Grandmothers. It has what appears to be a jade face and 4 emeralds at the 12, 3, 6, and 9. I have some numbers and info that a local jeweler gave me when he took the back off. Numbers are 1011, 18k, 0.750 and under that is 8228. The movement number is 27394641 and is says 17 jewels. The date of the watch is 1968.

Nobody knows much about the watch other than my grandparents bought it while in Europe. I see nothing like it on the web and have emailed Omega to see if they can tell me anything about the watch or it's value. So happy to have found your site.

Not really sure about what you have. It looks genuine alright, but can't say I have seen that model before. My guess based on the time frame and numbers you indicated is that this is a 311.8228

This watch should have a manual wind calibre 620 movement, sapphire crystal and was sold as part of the international collection 1969-1973.

Hope this helps!

What's it worth? NEW

Would you happen to have any idea of the value of this watch? I know it is rare since we can't find another one like it and it is solid gold. Thanks
