Omega de Ville, 18k, maybe white gold/platinum ladies' watch

I received this watch as part of an inheritance and was curious as to it's worth. I think it was received in the late 70's or early 80's.

It is an Omega De Ville watch, square face of about 1x1 cm. The band is metal with regular cross-hatch patterns, reminiscent of U.S. southwest.

The back of the watch has the following markings: 18K, 0750. Where the watch clips, the plate that locks says 750.

That is about all I know and was curious if you had an idea.

Thanks!

I would really need to see pictures of the watch

if the markings on the back of the watch are on the outside of the case, then this is a bit odd. Pictures of the watch front and back and of the inside would be helpful.
