1940's Omega watch??? info. and pictures

by Henry J.

Hello again, I took more pictures and have a bit more information. I hope these pictures help. I've included a drawing because I just can't seem to get clear shots with my camera.
On the upper left of the inside of the back of the watch, I noticed some extremely fine writing, at first I thought they were scratches. What are they and what do they mean?
I appreciate your time and efforts. I'm just trying to find out what the watch is worth? is it original? or what do I have? and who would be interested in it?
Thank you very much for your help.
Sincerely, H.J.

If you would like to discuss in more detail, please respond to this post with your e-mail address and I will contact you directly. Thanks, OWEx
