18k gold Omega watch

Hi,
This watch belonged to my great aunt, haven't been able to find another like it to compare value, it is stamped 18k and 750 on the watch and bracelet. It says on the face 17 jewel and is a wind up watch.
I was wondering what it was worth.

Hi Mike,
I am unfamiliar with the model you posted. Moreover, the markings on the case back are inconsistent with the way Omega marks their watches. Omega marks the cases from the inside. I think to ascertain what you have the watch needs to be opened and examined. If you could post images of the inside that would be helpful. Thanks!
